The Costa Blanca boasts some of the finest and best known golf courses in Spain, including the famous La Manga club which is a regular training location for some of the world most famous football teams, including Real Madrid and England. La Manga club is less than 30 minutes from Playa Flamenca making it very accessible for all those golf enthusiasts.
If you want to get away from the cold winter weather and enjoy a round of golf in the sun then there are at least 3 championship golf courses within 5 minutes drive away from Playa Flamenca plus many more within the vacinity.
Villa Martin
Is a short drive away from the coast and is very popular with golfers of all levels. The championship course it’s self is over 30 years old and was once the venue for the Spanish open.
Las Ramblas Golf Club
Is located in a very tranquil setting next to Campoamor golf.
It is said that Las Ramblas is quite a challenging course making it ideal for the more experienced player.
Campoamor Golf Club
Situated next door to Las Ramblas means you can play one course one day and the other the next. Campoamor is one of the best courses on the coast so well worth experiencing. There are football fields, tennis courts as well as a great driving range for practicing your swing. There are also hotels and all other facilities on site to cater your every need.
La Finca Golf
If you want to go a little further afield, then look no further than La Finca golf resort. Head north about 40 minutes to algorfa and you will find this little gem. It is situated in a beautiful country setting nestled among the mountains and provides all the luxurious facilities you would expect. The course is only a few years old, but already attracts some of the most experienced golfers, including the odd famous face, so well worth the experience.
